Position Overview
Join our team as a Facility Maintenance Attendant, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our educational facilities.
Work Schedule:
Night Shift Mon - Fri 2:30PM - 11PM with Summertime Hours Starting End of May 7AM - 3:30PM
Compensation:
$12.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, including classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and offices.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Regularly empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Utilize cleaning chemicals and equipment safely to protect surfaces and fixtures.
- Report any maintenance needs or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Establish effective communication with team members and management.
- Sort and manage recycling materials appropriately.
- Ensure restrooms are kept clean and well-stocked.
- Comply with all safety and quality standards set by the company.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- No educational qualifications required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in customer service.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
