- Conduct site inspections and supervise the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to your work.
- Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering and design of HVAC systems.
- P.E. License preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
