We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Heilind Mil-Aero, LLC. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to the Inside Sales Staff and Branch Management Team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with order entry and maintenance, reporting, backlog review, and spreadsheet administration to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in areas such as CRM systems, MS Excel, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or 1-2 years of progressively responsible experience in an office or related customer service environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and Word, with proficiency in customer service and standard office practices and procedures.
  • Strong organization and ability to multi-task, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
