Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at JOANN Stores. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting every customer, using the F.A.S.T. service model, and engaging in friendly conversation to meet their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain advanced product knowledge to drive sales and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Operational Duties: Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensure store compliance, and perform operational duties as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with Store Management to lead the store team, observe and coach team members, and delegate tasks to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment.
  • Availability: Part-time status requires open availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
