Job Title: Psychologist

We are seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our team at Staff Today Inc. in Wasco, California.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide a range of psychological services to individuals and groups, including assessments, interventions, and therapy sessions. They will also supervise unlicensed psychology staff and assist with program management.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide psychological services to individuals and groups, including assessments and interventions.
  • Supervise unlicensed psychology staff and assist with program management.
  • Evaluate individuals' eligibility for services and develop treatment plans.
  • Conduct individual and group psychotherapy or counseling sessions.
  • Maintain records and documentation consistent with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide clinical leadership and training in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of psychological disorders.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in social work, counseling, or a related field.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association).
  • Up-to-date credentials in the state of California.
