  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements

  • Current MI Nursing License
  • Proven nursing experience and a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care
  • Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
  • High school graduate or GED
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel within the service area
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and clear a background check
