As a Regional Float Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in your area of expertise and float to at least 3 of our 5 Omaha Metro locations, earning a 25% hourly differential. Facility selection and shift preference are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Responsibilities
  1. Assess and evaluate the appropriateness and effectiveness of therapy
  2. Make recommendations for changes in specific modes of therapy
  3. Educate patients and arrange home respiratory care services and patient therapy follow-up assessments
  4. Assume responsibility for personal and professional growth
  5. Maintain established department policies, procedures, and objectives

This new Regional Float position allows us to expedite our responsiveness to facilities with the greatest staffing needs by deploying qualified clinicians who know our policies, procedures, and core values.
