  • Handle sensitive information, including guest records, with utmost confidentiality and integrity.
  • Answer and direct phone calls appropriately, ensuring accurate message taking.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives as directed by management.
  • Facilitate wake-up call requests and ensure guest needs are met.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the continental breakfast area.
  • Ensure the lobby and common areas are well-kept and inviting.
  • Perform laundry duties as assigned.
  • Process customer payments in accordance with established policies.
  • Promote hotel services and amenities, staying informed about local events and attractions.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the property and surrounding area.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Document daily transactions, including cash handling and adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and financial transactions.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor at all times through appropriate appearance and conduct.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing other assigned duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $14.50 per hour
