Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance and risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of compliance and risk management policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance and risk management policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on compliance and risk management metrics and trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance and risk management, preferably in a financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • FINRA licenses (e.g. SIE, S7, S24 etc.)
  • Understanding of international regulatory requirements, multilingual, Global Operations' functions and procedures, project and relationship management
