Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes 11 paid holidays, 100% paid UPMC Health Care, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, and a 403B plan after one year of service.

Job Description

As a Recovery Support Specialist, you will work directly with patients to discuss their recovery needs, share your own experiences, and participate in community-based activities. This role requires independent work and flexibility to create your own schedule within our operating hours. No certification is required at the time of hire.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of personal recovery experience and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
