Job Summary: Strategic Workforce Planning Manager

We are seeking a Strategic Workforce Planning Manager to lead a comprehensive workforce assessment project for a federal public health agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, experience working with federal agencies, and a deep understanding of workforce assessment methodologies.

Key responsibilities include developing a detailed workforce assessment plan, coordinating with stakeholders to gather necessary data, and overseeing analyses of workforce demand, supply, gaps, and risks.

Qualifications:

  • Masters' degree or equivalent work experience in disciplines related to Human Capital, Organizational Change Management, or Public Policy
  • 10+ years' work experience in federal human capital/human resource operations for federal agencies
  • 5+ years' work experience as a Project or Program Manager leading teams of 5+ staff
  • Experience leading organizational change management projects
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly preferred

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
