Goldfish Swim School - Strongsville is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team

We are looking for a qualified individual to instruct students on water safety and proper swim techniques based on our comprehensive curriculum.

• Deliver engaging and effective swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Enforce pool safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all
• Conduct thorough inspections of pool areas to identify and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues
• Collaborate with colleagues to advance through cross-training in multiple roles and provide substitute instruction when needed
• Represent Goldfish Swim School - Strongsville as a positive ambassador, providing exceptional customer service to students, families, and team members

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Ability to work effectively with children and families
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills to address challenges and provide innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must pass background examinations prior to training

• Willingness to obtain and maintain current Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification within 90 days of hire
