Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented house cleaner to join our team at Spotless STR. As a house cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning a variety of surfaces and areas in our clients' residences. Your duties will include scrubbing, washing, mopping, vacuuming, and more. The ideal candidate has excellent time-management and interpersonal skills, is physically capable of performing light and deep cleaning duties, and understands how to use cleaning products and equipment to get the job done right.

Responsibilities:
  • Confirm cleaning list for each client
  • Remove dust from surfaces and blinds
  • Travel to residences to perform a variety of home cleaning duties in a timely and professional manner
  • Clean windows, kitchen, restrooms, sinks, mirrors, toilets, tubs, and vanities
  • Apply wax to floors and polish to furniture
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues
Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
  • Preference for house cleaners with 1+ years experience, but not required
  • Driver's license required
  • We require the ability to lift 20 or more pounds, standing and bending for extended periods of time, and strenuous labor regularly
  • Hard worker with strong time management and interpersonal skills
