We need an efficient and detail-oriented house cleaner to clean a variety of surfaces and areas in our clients' residences. The responsibilities include visiting our client's homes to scrub, wash, mop, vacuum, and more. The ideal candidate has excellent time-management and interpersonal skills, is physically capable of performing light and deep cleaning duties, and understands how to use cleaning products and equipment to get the job done right. Responsibilities

•Confirm cleaning list for each client
•Remove dust from surfaces and blinds
•Travel to residences to perform a variety of home cleaning duties in a timely and professional manner
•Clean windows, kitchen, restrooms, sinks, mirrors, toilets, tubs, and vanities
•Apply wax to floors and polish to furniture
•Identify and report any maintenance issues

Qualifications

•Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
•Preference for house cleaners with 1+ years experience, but not required
•Driver's license required
•We require the ability to lift 20 or more pounds, standing and bending for extended periods of time, and strenuous labor regularly
•Hard worker with strong time management and interpersonal skills
