About the Job

At Quality Talent Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Assistant to join our rehabilitation team. As a Patient Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
  • Conduct hourly rounding to ensure patient needs are met.
  • Document patient care and observations in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the interprofessional healthcare team to achieve desired patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent education.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure (for Skilled Nursing Facility/SNF/Rehab departments only).
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, family members, and co-workers.
