Job Title: Slope Vehicle Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Slope Vehicle Shop Supervisor to join our team at Steamboat Ski Resort. As a key member of our Vehicle Maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all ski resort vehicles and heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of mechanics to ensure all vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and repaired.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of parts and supplies.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Proven supervisory experience with a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
