Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service across various roles, including Box Office, Concession Stand, and Usher duties.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Regal Cinema Service Associate, your essential duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Box Office:
    • Efficiently operating the POS system while ensuring accurate handling of cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
    • Promoting and upselling the Premium Viewing Experience options.
    • Engaging with guests to provide information and assistance in a manner consistent with our service philosophy.
  • Concession Stand:
    • Managing the POS system and ensuring the accuracy of cash handling and inventory.
    • Promoting the Regal Crown Club program to enhance guest loyalty.
    • Preparing and maintaining all concession equipment while adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Usher Duties:
    • Assisting guests by directing them to their auditoriums and ensuring a smooth entry process.
    • Monitoring the cleanliness and safety of the theatre environment.
    • Conducting inspections to maintain high standards of picture and sound quality.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • Completion of the cast certification program or progress towards completion.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
