Housekeeper - CC Facility Patient Towers BMH Carroll County

As a Housekeeper with Baptist Memorial Health Care, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of patient and non-patient care areas within our hospital. This is a PRN position working evenings in the CC Facility Patient Towers department at our BMH Carroll County Hospital location.
Responsibilities- Clean and disinfect areas using a 7-step process to ensure a safe and attractive environment for patients and staff.
- Practice infection control guidelines by adhering to universal precautions and safety protocols.
- Maintain equipment, storage rooms, and environmental closets in an orderly fashion.
- Identify and report equipment needs, building interior, and function repairs.
- Follow Service First principles and maintain hospital required competencies.
- Adhere to hospital and departmental policy and procedures.
- Complete assigned goals.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Preferred 3 years of experience in healthcare housekeeping.
- Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written, oral, and verbal formats; ability to write legibly and record information accurately.
