Job Summary:

At Baptist Memorial Health Care, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse - RN-PRN II to join our team in the CC Emergency Room BMH Carroll County. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.

Responsibilities:

Assess patients to identify their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs

Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet their unique needs

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

Current RN licensure in the state of Tennessee

BLS certification within 14 days of hire

Computer literacy and ability to navigate electronic medical records
