If you possess a solid background in research within the Generative AI landscape, coupled with extensive experience in large-scale development and deployment across diverse infrastructures—be it cloud, on-premises, or hybrid—this position is tailored for you.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 10 years in AI research, showcasing a strong history of applied research and technical leadership, with at least 3 years dedicated to the development of Generative AI technologies.
  2. Proficiency in creating tools, libraries, and frameworks for data preprocessing, model training, fine-tuning, and the deployment of large language models in production settings.
  3. Hands-on experience with multi-node high-performance computing systems for constructing and deploying large-scale models.
  4. Experience in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments is highly desirable.
