About the Role

Circle is a financial technology company at the forefront of the emerging internet of money, where value can flow freely and securely. We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Quality Analyst to join our Compliance Operations Scaled Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve the quality program to ensure quality reviews are completed efficiently.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enable the Compliance Quality program to be agile and adaptable.
  • Assist the Manager, Compliance Quality Control and Assurance with ensuring all accountabilities are met and quality reviews are completed within agreed timeframes and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, outsourced vendors, L&D, WFM, and Ops Excellence to create effective partnerships.
  • Engage with outsourced partners and vendors to drive increased quality performance and output.
  • Assist with scaling the Compliance Quality program.
  • Contribute to the effective delivery of Scaled Services OKRs for each half.
  • Ensure effective communication and reporting for enhanced visibility across the business.
  • Perform quality reviews on AML processes, including KYC onboarding, periodic reviews, transaction monitoring alert reviews, investigations, and sanctions alert reviews.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in financial crimes compliance, with a minimum of 1 year in a quality role.
  • B.A./B.S. degree; quantitative or technical degree a plus.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a strong operational focus with the ability to manage time-sensitive workflows across competing priorities.
  • Experience analyzing large transactional data sets, proficiency in SQL preferred.
  • CAMS, CFCS, or CFE certification is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address potential issues and risks.
  • Experience and comfort working in an ever-changing industry and the flexibility to quickly react to changing demands.
  • Organized, detailed, proactive, self-motivated, collaborative, multi-tasker, and creative.
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and ensure tasks are completed timely.
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base pay range: $90,000 - $120,000.
  • Annual bonus target: 12.5%.
