This role is responsible for assisting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with daily operations, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the opening and closing of the restaurant without supervision
  • Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily operations and duties
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and provide a WOW experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • Process payments and apply discounts via POS systems
  • Assist with FOH operations, including closing, cutting employees, and maintaining clean tables and utensils
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and be aware of safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist with training new employees and conduct walk-throughs with health department inspectors
Requirements
  • Current Food Handlers Safety Card or equivalent
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a server, host, and bartending role
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with managers, kitchen, and dining room personnel
  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and frequently lift at least 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand for up to 10 hours in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments
  • Compliance with reasonable requests by management
