About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Clerk to join our team at Sapphire Technologies. As a Sales Clerk, you will play a key role in advising our customers and finding solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise customers on products and services, identifying opportunities to meet their needs
  • Work with customers to create customized solutions, negotiate prices, and provide ongoing support
  • Act as a liaison between customers, field sales, and internal departments, coordinating appointments and ensuring seamless communication
  • Maintain accurate customer master data, generate sales statistics, handle customer correspondence, and process sales promotions
Requirements
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in inside sales or similar environment, with expertise in proAlpha or comparable ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with good English language proficiency
