Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Home Service Technician to join our team. As a Home Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch pest control services to our customers. This includes preparing and installing home services, interacting with customers, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities
  • Complete our award-winning company-paid training program to learn the skills required to be responsible for the daily operation of a pest control service route.
  • Prepare and install home services, including attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barrier for energy efficiency.
  • Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
  • Interact with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
  • Serve as a problem solver for your customer to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs.
  • Complete all required service-related documentation and leverage your hand-held device provided for speed and accuracy.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
