Frito-Lay Sanitation Utility Job Description

Frito-Lay is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sanitation Utility to join our team. As a Sanitation Utility, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize packaging equipment to maintain food safety standards
  • Perform detailed cleaning of equipment and lines using provided tools and materials
  • Inspect equipment to verify successful cleaning and maintenance
  • Participate in general cleaning and maintenance of the plant and surrounding areas
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and off-shift hours
  • Physical ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods
  • Willingness to work at heights using ladders or lifts
  • Ability to work in an environment with extreme temperatures, humidity, and hazardous equipment
