About the Role

Avera Dialysis Mitchell is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dialysis team. As a dialysis nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and treatment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and treatment to patients on maintenance dialysis
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs and laboratory results
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Registered Nurse license in the state of South Dakota
  • Graduation from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
  • Nephrology Certification or Certified Dialysis Nurse preferred

Work Schedule

This role requires a 72-hour work schedule over a 2-week period. The hourly rate for this position is $46.50 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
