Avera@Home Mitchell is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients in their homes or in facilities. You will utilize the nursing process to provide nursing care, assuming responsibility for the outcome of care provided. You will demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional care for the population served.

**Requirements:**

* Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.
* Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
* Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
* License as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure is required.
* Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota may be required depending on the service area. If required, must obtain within 90 days of being placed in the position or of the requirement.

**Work Schedule:**

* Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with wknd/hol/call involvement; 72hrs/2wks
* Call involvement: average about 3-4 call shifts a month

**Pay:**

* The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
* $44.25 per hour
