Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects for United Contractor Services.

About the Role: As a Commercial Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing commercial construction projects from planning and scheduling to execution and completion. You will coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Supervise and lead construction crews.
  • Conduct regular site inspections.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues or obstacles.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation.
