Seeking an Ambitious Audiologist

Vibrant Hearing is a local, independent practice serving Missoula and surrounding areas, seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our team. As a full-time Audiologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and Veterans, assisting them to reach their communication goals.

We take pride in our patient-centered approach, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering high-quality care using best practices. The successful candidate will have strong audiological clinical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as a team player.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect detailed case history from patients and Veterans
  • Perform comprehensive diagnostic testing for adult & pediatric hearing loss, auditory processing disorders, and tinnitus management
  • Complete hearing aid services, including recommendations, sales, fitting and follow-up care
  • Program, fit, and adjust hearing aids using current best practices
  • Perform cerumen management utilizing appropriate instrumentation
  • Collaborate with local allied health professionals
Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Audiology or Master's degree in Audiology
  • Current or ability to obtain and maintain Audiology licensure in Montana
  • Knowledge of products and software for major hearing aid manufacturers
  • Ability to commute to other offices in surrounding areas - two days per week of travel is required

Onsite training will be provided. Competitive salary and benefits packages are available. Cover letters and resumes are required for this position.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Benefits: 401(k), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Paid time off
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities, Commission pay
