Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lockbox Servicing Associate II to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, resolving outstanding issues and responding to client inquiries.
  • Provide support in research and resolution of problems and inquiries.
  • Interface with clients to determine present and future needs and discuss progress toward solutions.
  • Coordinate with clients, relationship managers, and other areas to ensure clients are properly serviced and all operational arrangements are in place.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales and departmental reports.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and services, as well as changes to existing products and services.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of applicable products, services, and company policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional products, services, or resources to customers and refer to managing director or relationship manager.
  • Participate in business reviews to learn about clients' strategic direction and gain a good understanding of the products and/or services FIS is offering.
  • Participate in client loyalty process by informing assigned clients of process, encouraging clients to respond to survey information, participating in follow-up discussions, and developing action plans to address any negative comments.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in customer service and support. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
