Job Title: Routine Facilitator I

Job Summary:

The Routine Facilitator I is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This position is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of production staff, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of production staff to achieve high performance and quality standards.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in production processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration, or materials science).
  • 4-6 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with a focus on standardization and production quality methods.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Working knowledge of steel manufacturing methods and techniques, including heavy mill machinery and related equipment.
