Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the cleaning of hotel guest rooms according to company standards to provide the highest level of quality, cleanliness, general maintenance, and service for hotel guests.
  • Anticipate guests' needs, demonstrate sensitivity and responsiveness, and ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Visually inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure everything is clean and in working order according to Brand Standards.
Job Requirements:
  • Previous housekeeping experience in hotels or condos is required.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work holidays and weekends.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to lift 30 pounds.
  • Experience in a supervisory/management position is preferred.
  • Able to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
