Role Summary
As a Hospitality Services Associate, you will be the face of our hotel, engaging with guests throughout their stay. Your primary responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize effective selling techniques to promote room bookings and additional hotel services.
  • Adhere to established protocols for guest service, encompassing check-in, reservations, and special requests.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing friendly and alternative solutions when necessary.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to guest satisfaction through hospitality and attentiveness.
  • Document any incidents involving guests by completing the necessary reports.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred, or a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
  • Preferred experience in the hospitality sector for at least one year.
  • Familiarity with cash handling and credit card transactions.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
