Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Anesthesia to lead our Anesthesia Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of anesthesia services provided to our patients, as well as maintaining compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Anesthesia Department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to ensure the department is adequately staffed and equipped to meet patient needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in anesthesia practice and ensure that departmental policies and procedures are aligned with best practices.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia.
  • Completion of residency training in an accredited core specialty training program leading to eligibility for board certification.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
