Job Title: Chief Financial OfficerJob Summary:

ATC Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial management team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead financial analysis and planning to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess financial health and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor compliance with financial regulations and ensure integrity in all practices.
  • Support company expansion strategies by analyzing economic trends and identifying new opportunities for innovation.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in financial management within the manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills to lead and mentor financial team members.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills for interpreting complex data and making actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in database and accounting computer application systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present financial reports clearly to stakeholders.
