Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Staging: Prepare batch-specific materials inside and outside of the cleanroom, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with planning and scheduling teams to review inventory levels and identify material availability issues.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Transport materials, supplies, and finished products to designated locations, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruptions.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain full gown and garb qualification, adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other site personnel to ensure seamless workflow and meet production goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Good interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience: Experience in a related field preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and lifting up to 35 pounds, as well as ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
