Cashier Advocate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Small Format Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a welcoming and helpful experience for all guests
• Be knowledgeable about our products and services to solve issues and improve guest experience
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet sales goals and business priorities
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including emptying garbage cans and attending to restroom cleanliness
• Process all inbound deliveries and complete backroom weekly audits
• Operate power equipment safely and maintain backroom organization and location accuracy
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up

Requirements:

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate effectively and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
• Work both independently and with a team to resolve guest questions and complete tasks
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
