Warehouse Operations Specialist

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in the Club Support Center. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of merchandise and materials throughout the club.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner, inspecting equipment prior to use and following established safety standards.
  • Load and unload merchandise and materials to and from delivery trucks, accurately receiving all merchandise and materials delivered to the club.
  • Transport merchandise, materials, and pallets safely throughout the club, utilizing a pallet jack as needed.
  • Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and food merchandise, ensuring that merchandise is fully stocked and handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform general maintenance duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the club, and participate in daily club openings and closings.
  • Provide excellent customer service to Members, greeting them and assisting with locating merchandise.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Prior forklift operating experience preferred, but not required.
  • Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
