Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at Revvity. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Inspect incoming manufactured goods and compare them to engineering prints to ensure compliance with industry specifications.
    • Verify the quality of products and materials, identifying any defects or issues that may impact product performance.
    • Generate Nonconformance Reports for rejected parts and correspond with vendors to resolve quality issues.
  • Inventory Management
    • Match goods on PO and Packing Slip to goods received and passed.
    • Notate goods passed and rejected on Lot Control Forms (LCF).
    • Release invoices for payment in the Management Accounting System (MAS).
  • Process Improvement
    • Make recommendations on process and material improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
    • Identify supplier trends and make recommendations to optimize supply chain performance.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Notify internal customers of quality issues and provide timely updates on resolution progress.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • 2 years minimum of experience in a quality role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, not quantity.
    • Strong decision-making skills, situational awareness, and performance under pressure.
    • Experienced in collaborative approaches to problem-solving.
    • Motivated self-starter who proactively identifies areas needing improvement.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude.
    • Proficient at reading and interpreting technical drawings and documentation.
    • Good interpersonal skills with an emphasis on internal customer support.
    • Intermediate computing skills required: Microsoft Office suite, Adobe suite.
