Role Responsibilities and Qualifications

We are looking for a skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team, dedicated to providing outstanding care to patients in our intensive care unit. You will be part of a collaborative team that values patient-centered care and seeks to improve the lives of those we serve.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing your clinical expertise to influence positive patient outcomes through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care.
  • Demonstrating strong clinical judgment and nursing skills while adhering to confidentiality and organizational policies.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to communicate critical patient information and changes in condition.
  • Providing compassionate care to alleviate suffering and ensure comfort through effective pain management.
  • Documenting patient care accurately and promptly in accordance with hospital policies.
  • Working with patients, families, and the healthcare team to coordinate an effective care plan.
Required Qualifications
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 60 months of employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
  • Valid Registered Nurse license.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing.
