Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our ICU. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and excellent communication skills. As a Registered Nurse in this unit, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient care, as well as collaborating with the healthcare team to coordinate care.
Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patient needs, developing and implementing individualized plans of care
- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 60 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of employment start date
- Associate Degree in Nursing
