**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Sterilization Specialist to join our team at AdventHealth. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

**Responsibilities**

  • Assemble supplies, equipment, and medications prior to procedures.
  • Assist team members with safe and efficient operating room turnover times.
  • Provide assistance and support as needed to members of the surgical team.

**Requirements**

  • Certification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
  • Completion of an RN training program will be accepted in place of certification.

**Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $64,000 per year, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
