Position Summary

As a CNC Machining Specialist, you will be an integral part of our machining team, operating advanced computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery, including lathes and milling machines. Your role will involve the precise cutting and fabrication of components essential for our renowned Meat Grinders. You will be responsible for both repairing and producing parts, utilizing both manual and automated equipment to meet stringent specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Measure, inspect, and test finished components to identify defects and confirm adherence to specifications.
  • Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine necessary operations for product fabrication.
  • Manage time effectively to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Strong time management and performance efficiency skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in using precision measurement tools.
