The CNC Machining Specialist is responsible for operating and configuring a range of machine tools to manufacture precision components. This role requires a solid understanding of mechanical principles, mathematical concepts, material properties, layout techniques, and machining methodologies.


Key Responsibilities:


- Efficiently operates and sets up various CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Utilizes problem-solving skills to address practical challenges and manage diverse variables in non-standardized scenarios.
- Interprets and executes a wide array of instructions provided in written, verbal, diagrammatic, or scheduled formats.
- Demonstrates proficiency in shop mathematics, including the practical application of fractions, percentages, ratios, proportions, basic algebra, geometric construction, and essential trigonometry.
- Capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Accurately measures components and ensures compliance with specifications.
- Exhibits mechanical aptitude with a foundational understanding of the tools and equipment used in the machining process.
