We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Toddler Teacher to join our team at River Crossing YMCA.

About the Role

This part-time position involves working with children aged [insert age range] in a safe and nurturing environment, promoting their physical, emotional, and intellectual growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate a positive and engaging atmosphere that fosters children's development.
  • Lead age-appropriate activities that promote learning and exploration.

  • Build strong relationships with parents through effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children, either professionally or voluntarily.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to be trained in First Aid/CPR/AED/Emergency Oxygen.
