We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to support our Quality Engineers and technicians with process improvements and documentation development for Quality Testing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support development and improvement of standardized start-up and test documentation, including final reporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical personnel to validate documentation, requirements, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Prepare status reports to monitor progress in achieving documentation objectives.
  • Interface with Suppliers, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sourcing to drive Quality improvements that minimize the costs of quality, specifically Incoming rejects, failures, and factory defects.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a 4-year degree in Business, Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and shall have achieved junior status or higher.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work in teams and individually without direct supervision.
  • Proficient in basic computer programs/business software: Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required for interaction with manufacturing personnel, engineering, and management.
