Job Summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Entry-Level Developmental Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of children on the autism spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, individualized care to children with autism, focusing on their comprehensive growth and development.
  • Collaborate with our team to design and implement individualized developmental plans, ensuring fidelity to our care model.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, providing regular insights on their child's progress and guidance rooted in best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in child care roles, such as daycare, nannying, or similar positions, or related educational experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a talent for building connections with young children and their families.
  • Ability to work effectively on a team.
