About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Developmental Therapist to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized developmental plans for children with autism, utilizing the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and other evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to design and implement comprehensive therapy plans, ensuring seamless continuity of care for our clients.
  • Provide direct care to children with autism, teaching new skills and promoting comprehensive growth and development.
  • Engage families in the therapy process, offering regular insights on their child's progress and providing guidance rooted in best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices in autism care and therapy.
