We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Psychometrist Research Assistant to join our team at Vitalief. In this role, you will be responsible for administering Psychological and/or Neuropsychological testing in various formats, including paper and pencil tests, computer-based tests, and tests requiring specialized equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a related field and at least one year of experience administering Psychological/Neuropsychological tests. You will also possess working knowledge of test scoring protocols, procedures, and standards, as well as the ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.

In this part-time position, you will work with multiple Neurology research studies, coordinating appointment times and venues for testing individuals or subject groups. You will maintain records of testing supplies, instruments, and equipment, ensuring confidentiality of test results and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Psychological and/or Neuropsychological testing in various formats.

  • Assist in research through the systematic collection, preliminary analysis, and reporting of psychometric research data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience administering Psychological/Neuropsychological tests.
  • Working knowledge of test scoring protocols, procedures, and standards.
  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
