Physician Assistant, Acute Care Specialist, New Jersey

We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our team in New Brunswick, NJ. As an Acute Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
About the RoleThis is a per diem position, offering flexibility and autonomy in your schedule. You will work closely with our experienced medical staff to evaluate and treat patients in the acute care setting. Your strong communication and documentation skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in the acute care setting
- Patient and family intervention on all nursing units
- Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills required for intra disciplinary and interdisciplinary communication
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Graduate of accredited program in Physical Therapy at the baccalaureate or post baccalaureate level required
- New Jersey board license and registration required
- Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association required
